If the question refers to the length of their term in Congress and not their actual age, then they are referred to as Freshmen. So just as in college, the newest class of Congress is Freshmen and the next class are called Sophmores. They stop after that.

They even elect chairs of their class, and tend to organize as a group from time to time.
