Logistics isn't an MOS - it's an entire branch, which includes everything from supply to transportation. As an NCO at battalion level, you'd probably be working in the S-4 office, assisting the S-4 officer in his duties (S-4 is the logistics office). You'd be filing paperwork, reviewing invoices... if your unit has any equipment which is issued out at battalion level, you'd be doing that, you'd be taking discarded items for replacement into inventory, probably arranging transportation, that sort of thing, and anything else related to logistics.
