In the U.S. Navy, an SK2 is a Storekeeper Second Class, a non-commissioned officer responsible for managing and maintaining supplies and inventory for a ship or unit. They play a critical role in ensuring that necessary materials are available for operations and maintenance. SK2s also track expenditures, maintain financial records, and assist in budget management within their assigned unit.
"SK" stands for the rate (Navy doesn't use the term, 'Rank') of Store Keeper. While the Navy no longer uses this rate, the Coast Guard still does.

Not SSK3c, but SK3c is the old rate designation for Ship's Storekeeper, 3rd Class. The Storekeeper rate, one of the oldest in the Navy, has always used the designator SK. Today the rate/rank would be designated SK3.
