Michael Busch left the Alltel commercials because Alltel was acquired by Verizon Wireless in 2009. After the acquisition, Alltel's advertising campaign changed and Busch's character was no longer featured in the commercials.
It looks like Adam Herschman. He was Glen in Accepted (2006), the guy who was the chef for the college. http://imdb.com/name/nm2012635/

Drip Wizard (www.dripwizard.com) states that you should take your cost basis in the original Sprint shares that you owned, and allocate 18.14% of this to the Alltel shares that were spun off and keep 81.86% of the remaining basis to stay with the Sprint shares. For example, if you paid $1,000 for the Sprint shares, $181.40 is now the new basis in Alltel and $818.60 is your new basis in the Sprint shares.

It seems that Alltel was bought by Verizon, and there is talk of people having to buy new phones if they want to continue using the AlltelVerizon service when the two companies finally do merge. Verizon itself has a pretty good range of coverage, as it has more towers overall than Sprint. I would personally go with Verizon because Alltel is to be merged with it, possibly sometime soon.
There is the Alltel actor "Chad". At&t is Scott Halberstadt Verizon is Matthew Brent T-Mobile is Ian Gould Sprint is Adam Herschman, but was originally played by Michael Busch
Alltel uses SIM cards (GSM, etc.,) whereas sprint uses an alternative option that avoids use of SIM cards. Answer is an unequivicable NO.
