It depends of course whether or not you're in port or underway, but officers stand the same watch rotation as enlisted crew do. The difference is only in their watch section - in port they might have a 4 day watch rotation, where enlisted crew might have 3. Underway though watch sections are divided pretty equally among the crew.

Watches in port are typically 4 hours, and 6 hours at sea. In rare cases where there's a lack of personnel or there a lot going on, 12 hour shifts aren't unheard of (12 on, 12 off)
