No, Aaron Burr Jr. did not sign the Declaration of Independence. He was not yet a prominent political figure at the time the Declaration was adopted in 1776, as he was only 20 years old. Burr later became known for his role as the third Vice President of the United States and his infamous duel with Alexander Hamilton.

Aaron Burr did not assassinate anyone. He and Alexander Hamilton made a mutual agreement to participate in a duel with pistols. They met at an agreed time and place, with observers and seconds to make sure it was done properly. It was, however, not legal to duel in New Jersey at that time. Hamilton fired and missed, while Burr fired and fatally wounded Hamilton. After the duel, newspapers make tremendous inflamatory accusations against Burr; he was tried and found not guilty in court. Therefore it is not correct to assert that Burr assassinated or murdered anyone.
