I actually have one right next to me, the one next to me is silver with a gold plated engravement of a double eagle and of Ronald W. Reagan. The one i have seems to be worth 20 - 30. The results on multiple websites seem to be "fake". By fake i mean all aluminum without the smallest attempt to make it look like the original. Seems like none of them have sold to much so if you are looking to sell one it should go up for $5.00 - $10.00
You can't sell it outright but you can give it to the guy with the carboard sign on the street corner! LOL! LMAO!
Commemorative coins are worth about what you paid for them initially ($20). The exception would be if the coin was made from precious metals which could add value.

The value of a U.S. Ronald Reagan Mini Medal can be found via the Coin Quest service. The value is based on the current price of gold. At this time these coins are valued at $14.
fifty dollars
The US has not minted any Ronald Reagan coins. There are plans for a one-dollar coin in about 4 years. The US mint has minted bronze medals for Reagan that resemble coins but have no face value. Some foreign countries such as Liberia have minted Reagan coins mostly to sell to Americans at more than face value.
The melt value of a coin, including the Ronald Reagan 10 Liberian coin, depends on its metal composition and current market prices for those metals. The Ronald Reagan 10 Liberian coin, issued in 2009, is primarily made of nickel and copper, with its value tied to the prices of these metals. To find the exact melt value, you would need to check the current market prices for nickel and copper and calculate based on the coin's weight and composition.
There were no double eagle coins minted in 1816.
Not yet - though Congress has been discussing the topic.
Harry S. Truman had nothing to do with any double eagle coin, but Theodore Roosevelt did. Post new question.
"double eagle penny" is kind of an oxymoron. A double eagle coin has a face value of $20. However, a gold coin is probably worth considerably more than face value.
The American Eagle Bicentennial quarter with the double eagle isn't overly valuable. In good condition, they can sell as high as $50 but no higher.
