Not sure what you mean here, but basically, a unit Commanding Officer reports to either a District or Area Commander, a District Commander reports to an Area Commander, the Area Commanders report to the Commandant, the Commandant reports to the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. During certain operations, the units may report to the Combatant Commander they have been chopped to, and they follow the same chain of command as the other military services through the national command structure to the Commander in Chief.
