What is the definition of a SARNEG?

A SARNEG is a Search and Rescue Number Encyption Grid. It is a 10 Letter word that has no repeating Letters. It is used to transfer the location of a downed pilot/crew to rescuers over a non secure radio.

We will use CRAZYHORSE as an example. So if the pilot wanted to tell the rescuers his location in the clear he could say, "USING SARNEG Location is RHAZY, OOCAY which would equal 26345, 77135" This could be a grid or Latitude/Longitude position and unless the enemy knew the SARNEG of the day they would be unable to find the pilot / crew based on the radio call.
