The more important limits are probably your height, eyesight, and spatial awareness and reasoning skills. The military doesn't calculate an overall "max weight" but rather does it in ratio to your height. That means a six-foot tall air force or navy officer/other rank has to weigh more than X-minimum but less than Y-maximum.

I'd say 200 pounds is a rough max for a person of above-average height, maybe a little less for someone of average height.
