What should you do if you called your girlfriend several times and she didn't answer and then you called her with a blocked ID and she answered right away and says the phone never rang?

I don't blame you for being upset. She's yanking your chain! I think you know that already. If she loved you she'd be excited to get a call from you. I would suggest that you stop calling her and start seeing other girls. This will make her sit up and take notice. She isn't telling you the truth about the phone calls, so she hardly deserves an explanation from you as to who you date or not. After all, you aren't married to her.
