There are several areas to look at when choosing earphones. This is a great example of "getting what you payed for." If you don't want to spend the money then you're not going to get the quality you want. Ok, that being said... One size fits all is pure B.S. Ear buds can become very uncomfortable after an hour or two in your ear. Try to find a set that comes with different sized, custom fitted ear pieces. Some earphones also come with a piece that wraps behind the ear and that can become very annoying, as well. I have tried a few sets myself and wasn't real impressed with any of them. The sound quality is about half of what you get from the old skool headphones because they don't cover the entire ear. So, if sound quality is what you're after, buy the big headphones. If you don't want to look like an air traffic controller, then I would suggest only the best earphones... BOSE. They are $150, but well worth the money as far as comfort and quality are concerned. If that's too much money, try to find some earphones/headphones with gold plated jacks because they last longer and offer less distortion.
skull candy earphones even though expensive they really good x best to get on eBay than town shops :D
The range on the wireless earphones for a bluetooth is 30 feet. Which is a very good distance for wireless earphones. You wouldn't have any cutting our with wireless and you wouldn't have any wires in your way when you are jogging or exercising.
They are relatively not expensive, and they have average sound quality and durability.

Klipsch Image S4 earphones are one of the top rated earphone available. With a cost of around $70, they provide sound quality that is as good as some of the more expensive earphones on the market.
apple sells very good earphones for iPod Touch/iPhone that have an external mic, volume control and high-quality audio for $70, but you can find the exact same ones for only $15 dollars on ZenithMobile. If you want even cheaper mic earphones on amazon and buy.com they sell mic earphones for $3-$5 but they are really bad and not much cheaper than apple's earphones. gregory
