4 hours on avg. 6 hours is a good nights sleep.
People should get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep. Sleep is beneficial to our bodies in so many ways. 6 hours is not nearly enough at any age. This is not my opinion but by studies done on sleep deprivation and what is the best amount of sleep everyone should get. Regarding how much Obama gets, I don't know but by the decisions he makes, I'd say he runs on 2 hours a day!

When you sleep all the time it could mean that at night, when you are supposed to go to bed, you could be stressing about too many things. Night time is the time that you can get all of these things off your mind because bed time is the time that you get to clear your head. When you are tired during the day you dont get enough sleep at night. try to stay awake all day and then go to bed on time. Here are a few, but I'm off to bed now so good night. The moon comes out at night. Most of us will go to bed at night. The night sky is dark. Last night I had nightmares. Every night at about 11pm I go to bed. I don't like going out at night, I'm scared of the dark.
If you want to get a better night's sleep, refrain from exercise and caffeinated drinks several hours before your bed time. Also, be sure to go to bed at the same time each night. Insomnia is one common example of a sleep disorder.
go to the shop and get a list of times tables . then when you go to bed learn at least 3 every night
