There are a few "Black" spec ops groups. That we know of:

1st Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta, or "Delta Force", C.A.G. "Combat Applications Group", "Green". Delta is a U.S. Army unit. Around 80% of the operators are from the 75th Ranger Regiment.

75th Ranger Regiment's Regimental Reconnaissance Platoon, or "Recce" as it is known inside of Regiment, is another extremely secret, elite unit. Often granted flexability in uniform and grooming standards, this unit specializes in Ground Recon.

DEVGRU, or "SEAL team SIX", "Blue" is the D.o.D's answer for a maritime Delta. DEVGRU operators are almost exclusively responsible for the battle for Takur Ghar, inside of Operation Anaconda.
