With only the name to go on, the stock answer is "about 1900" but it could have been made as late as the 1940's. Value will be $35 - $75 if it is a shooter with fluid steel barrels or about the same amount as a wall decoration if it has a large side hammer and damascus barrels.
CAAN YOU TELL ME IF MY GUN IS WORTH ANYTHING
I'm looking for the blue book value for a Hopkins and Allen 12 gauge single gauge shotgun model #U2071,would anybody be able to help me out with this information?
Delphian Arms is usually attributed to Crescent Fire Arms Co, so it would have been made between 1892 and 1932. If it is a hammerless gun, then sometime after 1903. If it has side-hammers, probably (but not positively) before 1915.
The value of a 12 gauge NR Davis and Son single shot shotgun actually depends on a couple different things. The condition and age of the shotgun would be highly important in determining the value.
Value of a single barrel would be between $50 and $125 depending on mechanical and bore condition and remaining original finish.
The value of a Sears Model 100.101 20 gauge single shot shotgun would depend on its condition, age, and demand in one's area. Read more:

Paid 50 for mine in excellent condition 70s model. But I think a fair value would be between $100 and $150
They were made by Crescent Firearms, and value would be under $100 even in excellent condition. sales@countrygunsmith.net

I would say between $75-$100. Maybe $140 if it had its original finish and was in great condition.
