The medals are placed centered above the left breast pocket and centered between the top two buttons.
For the ribbons it's the same just on the other side, 1/8" above the right breast pocket.
Medals and ribbons on an Air Force uniform are worn on the left side of the uniform jacket. Ribbons are arranged in order of precedence, with the highest-ranking ribbon at the top and centered above the left pocket. Medals are typically worn during formal occasions and are placed directly above the ribbons, also centered. It’s important to follow specific guidelines for spacing and alignment as outlined in the Air Force Instruction (AFI) regulations.
As per the new AFI 36-2903 4.9.1.3.3. Ribbons. All ribbons and devices will be worn on the men's service dress uniform. However, if the service coat is not worn then 4.9.2.3.2 states that all or no ribbons and devices will be worn on the shirt itself.
You can wear them all. AFI 36-2903 (which replaced AFR 35-10) gives the order in which awards are to be displayed on the Air Force uniform--the Air National Guard wears the USAF uniform--and gives the orders of precedence for Army, Navy and Marine Corps awards displayed on the Air Force uniform.
Anywhere from $25-$30 to as much as $100 or $200. It depends on the condition and the patches and medals. A uniform that looks like a suite and without any patches or medals will be about $25 in most cases. Some patches along can sale for $200, believe it or NOT. A uniform that has several patches and medals and such will sale for a lot if you have something to validate it is authentic. Many people sale uniforms on eBay by adding medals and patches that were not there originally and advertising that the uniform belonged to a general or a paratrooper. ALSO KEEP EVERTYTHING TOGETHER. If you split up the items, then this devalues the collection. If you have a uniform, a photo of the soldier wearing it will make it more "collectible". If you have a uniform and a medal and the soldier's name in the uniform (laundry tag) and on the medal match, then that is a big plus.
When an object is placed in a uniform electric field with straight, parallel, and uniformly spaced field lines, it will experience a constant force in the direction of the field lines. This force will cause the object to move in a straight line in the direction of the field lines, with a constant acceleration.
It experiences a torque but no force. As the dipole is placed at an angle to the direction of a uniform electric field it experiences two opposite and equal forces which are not along the same line. This develops a torque which aligns the dipole along the field. The dipole does not experience any force as the two forces cancel each other.
You would have to state which force you are referring to. Currently only British forces are in Oman, and no ribbons are applicable as no official action is happening.

One inch above the ribbons on the right side or one inch above the right pocket if ribbons are not worn.
