A 1 cent Thomas Jefferson stamp is probably not worth the effort to sell. If it hasn't been used it is worth 1 cent of postage. Otherwise you can buy one for 20 cents. Most dealers aren't going to waste their time buying a single low value stamp, too much work involved to have an profit.
Your question does not make good sense to me-- 600 what ? BTW, this is a very common stamp-- would be hard to sell for more than 1 cent, I would think.
15 cents, which is the minimum amount a dealer will sell a stamp for. The wouldn't be bothered to buy it.
It is not likely that you can find anyone that wants to buy it. You can purchase the stamp for less than a quarter from any online dealer. And shipping and handling would cost you more than you would make.
Congress purchased Jefferson's library for $23,950 in 1815.

Yes he was Secretary of State under Thomas Jefferson. He worked with Thomas Jefferson on the Louisiana Purchase. He also tried to get the Spanish to sell west Florida. He struggled with the British on the Embargo Act of 1807 and the Non-Intercourse Act of 1809.
Not that I know of. But he did BUY land from France which was the Louisiana Purchase.
Thomas Jefferson wanted to add the city of New Orleans to the United States. Napoleon wanted to sell the US all French territories on mainland North America. Jefferson knew there was nothing in the Constitution to allow this. But Jefferson felt that adding this land was good for the United States. The Senate approved the treaty and ignored Jefferson's draft of a retroactive amendment.
They both died without ever leaving the country, let alone selling something in France.
Scott Number 1033 Minimal value for this stamp indicates that the cost is in packaging and tracking and not the stamp itself. A dealer isn't going to be interested in purchasing a single copy. You would be better to use it for postage rather than trying to sell it. Or trade with another collector!
