As for the overall special operations force, the US would have substantial advantages. While both have good units, there's a lot of differences between the two to consider. The Pakistani military really isn't an expeditionary force, and focuses solely on operations within their area. Thus, they would have a very keen intimacy with their area of operations that a foreign force would not, but they might also experience difficulty if they should ever have to operate outside of their respective area, whereas Western forces (which do tend to be expeditionary in nature) are a bit more diverse in their training, and may not have the same degree of familiarity with an area which a non-expeditionary force would, they have more diverse training to operate in a number of different environments.
