SEALs and PJs are both elite operators with respective duties. While they have different entry schools, both attend many of the same schools including HALO, Combat Diver, Airborne, and Combat Survival schools. Both PJs and SEALs also conduct joint operations and missions together. SEAL washout rate is approximately 80%-90% while PJs generally stays around 90%. This is mathematically to close to assimilate.
