i believe he participated in giving ideas and possibly wrote it. Jefferson was in France (Ambassador) during the time the committee met in Philly to write the Constitution. While Jefferson agreed with Madison on some issues, he disagreed on others, and was in the anti-Federalist camp.
hello
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court who disagreed with Jefferson on many political issues was John Marshall. Marshall was appointed by President John Adams and served as Chief Justice from 1801 to 1835. Yes, there have been a very large number of Thomas Jefferson stamps, starting with the 1851-57 series and from then on, he appeared frequently on regular issues until recently when the PO stopped putting people on regular issues.

Hamilton's objection to Jefferson's strict interpretation of the Constitution
Thomas Jefferson expressed deep concerns about the Missouri Compromise of 1820, viewing it as a temporary solution to the growing sectional tensions over slavery. He believed it failed to address the underlying issues and predicted that it would lead to increased division between the North and South. Jefferson's apprehension highlighted his belief that the nation was heading toward a conflict over slavery that would ultimately need to be resolved. His reflections emphasized the fragility of national unity in the face of such divisive issues.

Jefferson was concerned that the United States would follow the example of England and institute a National Banking system, as well as a Fractional Monetary Reserve system; thereby plunging its people into an endless debt, quoting Jefferson "if we allow this we will soon find ourselves no better off than our brethren in England, who must work 16 hours a day, 15 of which are to pay for taxes and with only 1 to pay for food, reduced to bread and oatmeal for sustenance."
They disagreed on economical issues, cultural issues, and constitutional/government issues.
They disagreed on what type of government (central or state), the economy (commerce or agriculture), the interpretation of the Constitution (loose or strict), and what type of people (wealthy or common man) should be leading the country.
