The V.P. (vice president)
The Speaker of the House would become president if the president and VP were incapacitated at the same time.
Amendment #25. Specifically, Section 3, which states, "Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President."
'the speaker of the house'
Assuming the President cannot or will not do so himself/herself, according to the US Constitution, Amendment XXV, it's the Vice President plus a majority of Cabinet officers (in writing).
Theres no one really in charge of the president, different from your teacher or boss. But the system of checks and balances makes it so the president cant take money for himself, any of that. It is also written down in the constitution.
Lets say a person robbed a bank ok then that person went to court so the victim gets to have a chance to defend him or her self. The Jude gets to make the decision. Not the president weither the person is found guilty or not guilty. The other thing is that the president cant make the choice of making a person choice a desion. Or tell who is fired at a food market or cvs or anywhere except the white house. Lolz anyway theree are many reasons that are useless you get what I mean anyway good luck Lolz hope this helps a lot
he has a co-person that helps do the job if something happens to the president
no no i cant answer it i was asking u 2 answer it!
