Andrew Jackson was the one. There was a question about the divorce from her first husband and the legality of her marriage to Jackson. I am not sure that the issue resulted in duels, but it caused her much grief and may have hastened her death. (The duel in which Jackson was almost killed was over a large gambling debt.)
You may know more than I do about his duels, but I can only think of two, one which he instigated and in which he killed his opponent and another in which both men agreed to fire their shots into the air.
