I do not think the president has too much power because he has a limited amount of power. He still has to report some stuff to congress before he can follow through on some of the actions he wants to. This means he can't just go into war if he wanted to. He would have to present to congress why the war is necessary. Also, another reason why i think he may not have too much power is because he is a person like us and the laws apply to him to. Despite what some people may think.Yeah he gets away with some stuff that we as people, not president, wouldn't. But don't get it wrong if he was to murder someone he would get charged and most likely impeached. That would aslo probably happen if he was to withhold information like Nixon did.
