sasuke wanted to go back to konoha, but he switched where he had wanted to go... which was the meeting place where all the kages were meeting, so we still dont know whether he will come back or not.

Go to narutopedia and youll see. itachi relly loved sasuke and would never harm him that's why he didnt kill him because he really loved sasuke. Sasuke and itachi fought if you go to manga you will see and itachi dies because of medical reasons and when Tobi tells him that(Tobi is the uchiha madara creater of the uchiha clan and the 9 tailed fox) sasuke get angry and swears revenge on the konoha qouting " As eagle we only have one goal.. cruch konoha"
