If your bill states that it is a silver certificate and the date is definitely 1933 rather than 1934, you will need to have it authenticated and appraised by a couple of dealers who specialize in rare currency. 1933 $10 silver certificates are very scarce. Retail values for genuine bills can exceed $4000 which is why you should get competing evaluations. I urge you to be very careful with it!
