it is just either an error in the mintage of the coin or is just an ordinary coin with no d which means it is worth about twenty cents.
Please post a new, separate question with the coin's country of origin. If it says ONE CENT, it's a US Large Cent. If it says ONE PENNY, it's a British penny.
A wheat penny is any Lincoln cent that was made between 1909 and 1958. The back of a wheat penny says, "One Cent", and it has a picture of two ears of wheat on either side of these words. Earlier (Indian head) cents and any cents dated 1959 or later aren't wheat cents.
'bout a nickel at most. All "wheatback" cents look like that, and it's not surprising that it would have a "logo" - actually called the denomination, 1¢ - that says ONE CENT on the back, just like a nickel says FIVE CENTS and a dollar says $1.
On the back of a dollar bill is the Great Seal a pyramid with an eye on top it also says IN GOD WE TRUST and The United States Of America.
The last Indian head cents were struck in 1909. If you turn the coin over I'm about 99.99% certain you'll find it says "FIVE CENTS" on the back.
Well you go to Lenny at the beach he will tell you to go to Penny. He says she likes reading so go to the library. Talk to Penny. She will tell you to go back to Lenny. Go back to Lenny he will say he hasn't received any letters so go back to Penny. She will say go to the fisherman at the harbor. Talk to him then go back to Penny. She will say to go to Lenny and she will follow. Go back to the beach and talk to Lenny. Then you have finished the quest.

The pin code is the number you have to scratch off with a penny or something. You can find that pin code at the back of the game card where it says "scratch gently with a penny" then you'll find the code once you scratch it off.
Nobody is on the back of the $500 US Dollar note, it just says 'The United States of America' and '500 Dollars'.
