Since the Chumash lived along the coast, there main resources were things like fish and sea otter. The're culture is built around canoes, because there the ones that take them anywhere they want to go. The women also take acorns and pound then into flour to make bread. They used fish bones and sharpen them to hunt little game like squirrels. They also had there things called sweat lodes, the men would sweat of all their sent so the deer don't smell them coming. Hope this helps!
