Some common occupations were Artisans people who create pottery, glassware, or tinware. During that time period apprentices or people that have a legal contract to learn how to do a job from somebody else. Printers people who make the newspapers and almanacs. Examples like the New York Weekly Journal or Poor Richards Almanac. Farmers, fishers, and indentured servants all are the hard workers. The farmers and indentured servants work closely since the servants would harvest the cash crops for hours each day while the farmers planted or watched over the servants. Fisherman fish for bass, clams, mussels, and crabs. Then the fish get salted or dried to be shipped then eaten.
