The United States initially provided funds, weapons and ammunition to the Allied forces. After the attack on Pearl Harbor and we formally entered the war, there was a significant increase in manpower as well as weapons, etc. With the men off to war the women and those who were unable to fight worked steadily to help continue building more weapons, ships, planes needed to continue the fight. This brought Another Country and it's resources into the war.
