Because i was born in Mexico and the constitution says in the Chapter 2, article 40. That you are a Mexican if you born inside the Mexican territory, doesn't matter the parents nationality. You can also be a Mexican if: You born outside the Mexican territory and your parents were born in the territory. You born outside Mexico from one or two nationalized parents. You born inside ships, planes or other Mexican military or civil transportation. You get the naturalization card by the government. You get married with a Mexican and live in Mexican territory.
