There are no exact records of the number of copper pennies made in 1943. It was about 40. Most pennies that year were made of steel.
I don't uderstand you question. If you are refering to how many pennies the US has made i don't think that there is a way to figure that out due to the fact that no one knows how many pennies were made each year in the mints early years.
Lincoln cents with Kennedy's face counter stamped on them are novelty coins that have no numismatic value at all. Many different dates and mintmarks exist, but they are still only face value.

These are novelty items made by private companies who punched JFK's profile onto ordinary Lincoln cents. They're not valuable and are of no interest to coin collectors. If they're in their original package; then some novelty-item collectors may be interested and willing to pay a small amount.
