The U.S. did not issue cents in 1776. The first U.S. coins weren't issued until the 1790s after the Constitution was adopted and the country changed from a confederation to a republic with a central government.

If you are on the other hand referring to a 1776 Britishpenny, yes, that coin does exist. Current retail prices range from around $6 in average circulated condition up to maybe $50 if barely worn.
