There's never been a "B" mint mark on any US coin. Denver was the only mint to use a mint mark on 1958 cents; if your coin has a small "D" below the date it's very common and only worth 2 or 3 cents

If you found it in change, it's likely not uncirculated.

No coin exists. The New Orleans mint using the "O" mintmark closed in 1909. Rather, most likely you have a "D" mintmark from the Denver mint. This is a very common coin and it is worth about $2 in silver content.

1958 cents are easily had for either one cent, but if it is full mint red, and nice detail then your coin could be worth up to 25 dollars.

it depends what coin and what the condition is of that coin, a circulated coin is worth less than a mint condition one.
