Chinese law requires that land grant contracts are executed in writing and at lease include: (1) the names and addresses of parties; (2) the boundaries and areas of land; (3) space of buildings, facilities and auxiliary facilities; (4) land use purpose; (5) the term of land use rights; (6) land grant premiums and the payment terms thereof; and (7) resolution of disputes.
