This is called a misalignment error and happens when a sheet of paper on which multiple bills are printed does not go through the printer squarely, or when one of the printing plates shifts. Minor errors are common, but those with another bill partially visible are rarer and are highly collectible.

You'll need to get a couple of appraisals, but depending on the amount of the other bill that's visible your note might retail for over $100.
