There is no answer because the United States is from a combination of nations. Even the earliest colonies had a variety of traditions and people. My own family came to Virginia from Ireland in the 1600's. There was a huge population of Germans/Dutch in the colonies. This is the strength of this country because of the variety of people who came and are still adding to the culture of the country.
Common law came to America from English settlers who arrived in the early colonies. It is based on legal principles developed in England over centuries and continued to be used as the foundation of the legal system in the American colonies and later in the United States.
They came from European immigrates. So they are pretty much European-American.
Great Britain, as the people of America first came from there to be the colonies.

Horses developed over the North American and Eurasian continents. They did not come from one specific country and we reintroduced to the Americas by the Spanish explorers.
