There really aren't any that could be considered rare.
The things to look out for though are:
1964 and prior quarters, dimes and half dollars, these are 90% silver
1965-1970 half dollars, these are 40% silver.
Other than that, there really aren't much that are rare, unless you want to count minor die varieties.
Rare coins are not common. Some rare coins that well known would be a 1909 S VDB penny.
A U.S. Liberty Head nickel dated 1897 is not rare. Most circulated coins are valued from $3.00-$20.00. It needs to be seen for an accurate value.
If you mean a penny from 1960 the answer would be one penny. These coins are not rare and can easily be found be searching through pocket change. If you mean pennies from the 1960s the answer would still be the same. Again these can easily be found in pocket change.
This coin is not rare. Unless it is a proof or uncirculated it is worth 50 cents. One that is uncirculated might bring around $1.50. Proof coins have the mintmark S.
Any $1 coin dated 1971 or later is very common. Mintages range from hundreds of millions for some dates to well over a BILLION for others. In particular the new gold-colored dollars that have been issued since 2000 are ordinary circulation coins and are unlikely to be worth more than face value for many decades. Feel free to spend any that you get in change.
None of the US coins dated 1977 are rare.

Please specify in a different question what your coin is, the date it was made, and the condition it is in.

If you mean a 'Wheat Ear Reverse" Lincoln Cent dated 1919 it's not rare, values of coins in average circulated condition run from 3 to 10 cents.
