Well, if you read the Constitution, there are very clear powers delegated to the federal government. And the 10th Amendment clearly states that "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
This clearly is being ignored by those in power, including the Supreme Court. I've been through Constitution over and over, and nowhere can I find any mention of setting up a national pension system like Social Security, or a national health care system like Medicare. Nowhere does it discuss getting involved in education either.
Simply put my criticism of the Constitution is that parts of it are just ignored by those in power.
The United States Constitution was ratified by unanimous vote from Delaware, Georgia, and New Jersey.
The first three articles of the Constitution lay out how the government is to be organized. Each article deals with the setup of one of the branches of government.
The Final U.S. Constitution is what separates the three branches of government and was a result of a compromise on the central government of the U.S. and its responsibilities that was proposed at the Constitutional Convention of 1787. The new constitution was officially signed on Sep 17, 1787 but was officially ratified (by the ninth state creating the majority needed) and took effect on June 21, 1788 - So the answer is really a little fluid and depends on your view.

Criticisms of the CPI All the criticisms of the CPI arise from the fact that it is a fixed weight basket. The three main criticisms are given below: 1. The CPI suffers from a substitution bias. 2. The CPI does not include new products. 3. The CPI does not include quality changes.
To know which of these three criticisms would impact society a person will need to know what the criticisms are. Without knowing what they are it would be hard to know how they would have an impact.
The criticism of the Texas constitution is that it did not limit the power of government enough. The constitution of the state would be re-written to limit government power in the state.
No there were some who supported it, called Federalists and some who didn't support it beecause they wanted a Bill of Rights, called Anti-Federalists ******* To answer the criticisms and assist in its adoption, three men wrote a series of papers entitled "The Federalist Papers." Those papers answered the critics and assisted in getting the constitution adopted.
