It didn't mean anything to them. They were not considered part of the New Nations. We the People meant strictly white male property owners. They were treated the same as always and did not have a chance till later on. Eventually they became part of the world and it meant the same to them as everyone else but it took many years.

To take steps to prevent African Americans from voting
They could not vote if their grandfather had not been allowed to vote.

No. American Indians taught priests and all other colonists how to farm and survive in North America. I am not sure what you mean by building skills, but different Native Americans already had many ways of building their residences before the colonists arrived.
Do you mean black Americans, Africans who became Americans, or Americans who became African?
Do you mean people who live in India and follow Hindu, because that's who "Indians" are. The proper term is Native Americans, and calling them Indians is very insulting.
noooo! because the Americans are nice, sweet, and helpful.but some people are mean in America so are the canadieans.
Indians don't - they live in India. I mean they might, but you mean Native Americans
I meant to add with the Indians. sry.--If by Indians you mean Native Americans, yes, some did fight: most opposing the Americans.

African Americans are a race of people as are Gypsies, they originated in Romania and traveled around in caravans (horse drawn not like modern day caravans). However these days the word Gypsy tends to mean traveller So no African Americans cannot become gypsies however anyone can become a traveler.
