You could try a coin and stamp dealer, or you could try your local library and look for Stamp Catalogues for the country you are interested in. Stanley Gibbons catalogues would be especially good for British and British Empire/Commonwealth countries.
This is a two cent red brown stamp with a bust of Washington, side view on it. There is a green stamp that looks just like it, except the color.
The F stamp was a picture of a Flower. They matched the picture to the letter. It has a face value of 29 cents.
There was no E make up rate stamp issued. The only stamp in the E series pictured the Earth and has a value of 25 cents.
