Diseases that were brought to the Americas from Europe. Americans had no immunities from those diseases. What would make a European mildly sick would kill people that had no resistance at all.

The people who came from Europe to the New World. They killed the Native Americans with their foreign diseases and their random slayings. They also forced the Native Americans off of their land and that starved them.

Many of the Indians were killed by European diseases, but those who survived, were captured and were forced into slavery. The Indians were forced to work on plantations and many Indian women were forced to marry Spanish settlers unwillingly .
The presidios faced many problems such as disease that killed the Indians that they taught, Indians rejecting mission life, Indians using the missions as forts of protection from enemies, and running out of supplies at the presidios.
European explorers affected Indians in many ways. For one, the explorers tried to convert the natives to Catholicism and other Christian based faiths. They also took over native land, while spreading disease and other European bases ailments. The explorers, however, did educate many natives, as well as taught them about sailing, fishing, technology, and farming.

Killed them and decimated whole tribes. Many tribes wee given items with the smallpox bacteria on them so they would get sick and die. This was a form of bioterrorism .
Juan de Padilla was killed by Indians, but there are many uncertainties surrounding his death. Nobody knows for sure exactly when and where he was killed, and it is uncertain which tribe actually killed him.
They got shot
When a measles epidemic broke out at the mission in November 1847, many of the Indians were killed while the white newcomers survived. The Cayuse suspected that the Whitmans and their foreign religion were the cause of the fatal disease. In retaliation, the Whitmans and eleven other whites were killed by the Cayuse, and the mission was burned down.
