The value of paper money is derived mostly by its condition and professional grading is critical; the difference of a single point of grading can change the value of the bill dramatically. The best I can find on line as far as value of these bills is one to two dollars. With the age and history of the printing, it would be wise to seek the help of a professional numismatist. If it is not yet professionally graded, protect the bill from further damage and get it graded and sleeved as soon as possible.
