Scott Number 2452, 2452B, 2452D Number of varieties. You can purchase any of the version in good condition for 20 cents used or mint. If it has a tear or missing a piece, it is not worth anything. If it has a small number at the bottom of the stamp, it may have a bit more value. And please note, the fact that it say 1900 on it has nothing to do with when the stamp was issued. It was released in 1990 to 1995 with a picture of a circus wagon as it looked in the 1900's.
