The US didn't print any $20 bills dated 1920. Please check again post a new, separate question with more details.
About $3.
This depends on the condition. If it is circulated, likely face value ($1). If uncirculated anywhere from 3 to 10 dollars or so
30-40 dollars more than the face value
Mint condition uncirculated...$6,000.00
That depends largely on its condition, if the serial number has a star in it, and which bank it was issued from. I can help: send a scan to support@papermoneysite.us

Face value. Star notes are used to replace individual notes on a sheet that are spoiled in printing, and are fairly common.
The value of a 2006 five dollar star note can vary depending on its condition and rarity. In general, these notes may sell for slightly above face value to collectors, especially if they are in uncirculated condition or have unique characteristics. It's recommended to check with a currency expert or collector for a more accurate appraisal.
The collector value for a $1 star note is usually only about two to three dollars.
If circulated, only face value or slightly more. Uncirculated, perhaps $3 or $4.
i like money
It seems that any note with a Star is worth a little more than face value. Especialy if it is an older note. The best place to shop for prices is on Ebay.
The Star note is just a replace note. The only thing that may make it a little more valuable is to someone who may just collect Star notes.
