Value is about $1.00 and JS is NOT a mint mark it's the designers initials, the mint mark is on the reverse. Obverse mint marks were not used on dimes until 1968

It is necessary to know the amount of wear and mint mark (if it has one) to be able to make an estimate of value. I would suggest you take your coin to a reliable dealer and have it appraised.
A 1934-D Dime (aka - Winged Head/Mercury Dime) is worth in good condition (G4): $2.00; if its mint state is MS60, the value rises to: $50.00. There were no dimes that carried a "S" mint mark that specific year.
