"Silver certificates" in circulated condition might be worth a small premium to a collector (i.e. on the order of $6 for a $5 silver certificate), but the bill you have is at least 5 years too late for that (the last series of $5 silver certificates was 1953A, and printing of those ceased in 1963).

You'd need to go back to roughly 1929, when US bills were noticeably larger in size, for a circulated bill to be worth significantly more than face value.
