If there were one it would be a fabulous rarity, but all 1969 dimes were made out of copper-nickel and are only worth face value. The last silver dimes were struck in 1964. All circulation dimes after that have been made of copper-nickel.

If your dime appears to be silver it's probably plated. That means it's an altered coin and is still only worth 10 cents.
