It is a brass coin minted by the United States called a "presidential dollar" they are legal tender in the US and worth $1. Unless in mint packaging it has no collector value and is only worth $1.

It has numerous presidents and it doeas have the statue of liberty on the back it was first minted in 2007. yes, it is a real coin.
The Jefferson dollar coin has the same reverse as all coins in the series, the Statue of Liberty. The Jefferson $2 bill has John Trumbull's painting of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence.
Check the edge of the coin, the motto should be on it along with the date and mintmark. If it's missing take to a coin dealer, it may have some value.

Assuming you are referring to an 1886 Morgan Silver dollar the answer is no. But their is a 1986 Statue of Liberty Centennial silver dollar.
Thomas Jefferson is is on the US 2-dollar bill. The back side of bills printed since 1976 features a scene from the signing of the Declaration of Independence that also includes John Adams.
