Bills from the 1899 series are the only US $2 silver certificates to carry a picture of George Washington. Please see the question "What is the value of an 1899 US 2 dollar silver certificate?" for more information.
The coin was made for the 250th anniversary (1982) of Washington's birth. It was the first commemorative half dollar issued since 1954 and the fist 90% silver coin made by the Mint since 1964. Uncirculated and Proof coins were struck, and both have the same value of about $14.00.
In circulated condition it has no extra value. It's brass, not silver, and was minted in 2007 as part of the Presidential Dollar series. 1789-1797 are the years Washington served as president.

It's copper-nickel not silver. They sell for $3.00-$5.00.
A Washington silver dollar, believe it or not.
The only thing made by the U.S. Mint in 1952 George Washington on it is the quarter. You may have been thinking of the Booker T. Washington / George W. Carver Commemorative Half Dollar, but that's not George Washington on the front, and there's no Liberty on the reverse. So I have to believe you have something that was not made at the U.S. Mint. Please provide more information in this question's discussion area, providing as detailed a description of what's on each side as you can.
