It's most likely a promotional token that was given away as part of an advertising campaign; there've been a lot of similar items made over the years.
It's faintly possible that it's a "magician's coin" made by cutting two ordinary Presidential dollar coin in half and swapping the front and back sides. However the real coins don't say "1st president USA" so my opinion leans strongly to it being an advertising giveaway.
